The color menu runs from root coverage for gray or regrowth (Root Refresh, from $105 for about 105 minutes) and tonal glazes that refresh faded color and add shine, to a single solid shade from roots to ends that is not a blonding service. For lightening, options range from a 2 Hour partial balayage or partial foil service and a Root Reset & Lighten that pairs root color with partial lightening, to a 3 Hour full-head balayage or foil service and Platinum Card, a full blonding service using back-to-back foils that runs about five hours. Platinum Card requires a consultation and a strand test before booking.

Cutting options include a Barber's Cut done with clippers or short scissors, a Haircut built around each client with a wash and finish, a Haircut Add-On for a dry or wet cut alongside a color or treatment, and Curls, Cut & Defined, a custom cut for curls with a curl-friendly wash and conditioning. Keratin options include KC Texture, a heat-free treatment for wavy, curly, coily and tight textures, NKST for smoothing frizz and adding shine, and KC Express, a quick smoothing treatment. A Luxe Blowout is available on its own, and hot tool waves or a sleek iron finish add $15.

Every service is booked by appointment. A 15-minute complimentary consultation is available, and new clients booking certain services pay a deposit: $50 for KC Express, $150 for NKST, $100 for KC Texture, $48 for 2 Hour Lightening and $64 for 3 Hour Lightening. The studio allows a 15-minute grace period, charges 50% of the service for same-day cancellations and charges the full price for no-shows. The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
