The salon uses premium products and treatments designed for textured hair and avoids harsh chemicals in favor of gentle care. Protective styles such as braids, twists and weaves are offered, and braid take-down is available for styles installed at the salon for $50.

Online appointments are booked through Fresha. A deposit secures an appointment and is non-refundable. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrival, while repeated lateness leads to a charge of 10% of the service and a requirement to rebook.
