Booking requires full payment to hold an appointment time, by credit or debit card or an approved financing option where available. Consultations cannot be done over text, so the clinic asks people to text (347) 286-1739 to reach Eugenia Xiao. Wrinkle relaxer appointments must be booked at least 72 hours ahead. Cancellations made 72 or more hours ahead carry a $25 fee and the rest of the prepayment is refunded, while rescheduling to a later date avoids the fee. Cancellations 24 to 72 hours ahead keep 50% of the service fee and the other half becomes credit for future booking. Same-day cancellations, cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the full service fee. Late arrivals may shorten the treatment time or lead to rescheduling under the same policy. Prepayments are non-refundable but can be applied to future services within 12 months if changes are made in time.
