Head spa treatments come in three levels. An Mộc is built around gentle shampooing, nourishing conditioner and a relaxing scalp massage. Sen Mộc adds deep conditioning, a nourishing hair mask, and a facial cleanse with a short massage. Thảo Mộc runs 90 minutes and includes a botanical conditioner, a purifying hair detox mask, massage of the scalp, shoulders and neck, a facial cleanse and a nourishing mask. Sessions can also be bought in bundles of six or twelve.

Foot massage is offered in three herbal soak services. Sole MOC is a 30-minute herbal soak with therapeutic foot massage. Zen MOC is a 60-minute soak with an exfoliating scrub, an extended foot massage and hot stone therapy. Luxe MOC runs 90 minutes and adds neck and shoulder massage. Pedicures include the Saigon Coffee Pedicure, which combines a coffee soak and scrub with hot stone and aromatic massage and a coffee drink, and the 75-minute HUE Pedicure, which uses a mugwort soak, lemongrass exfoliation, paraffin wax and hot stone massage.

Facials are Dermalogica treatments tailored to each client's skin, among them the Dermaglow treatment and the Signature Deep Cleansing Facial. The nail menu covers GelX, builder gel, hybrid gel, acrylic and dip powder enhancements, and ombré, chrome and bespoke nail art are also offered.

Spa day experiences bundle services together. The MOC Glow Combo pairs an An Mộc head spa with a Dermaglow facial. The Mini Spa Day pairs a Ha Long manicure and pedicure with a Sen Mộc head spa, and the Full Spa Day pairs a Huế manicure and pedicure with a Thảo Mộc head spa. Monthly memberships are also available for head spa, pedicure and facial services.
