Mobile appointments run seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM, though arrival times can shift by up to an hour because of traffic and earlier bookings. San Marcos office hours change from week to week, so clients are asked to check current availability online when booking. Reservations require a valid credit card that is kept on file and not charged before the visit, and cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead may be charged.
Before any fluid, vitamin or injection, each client completes an intake form that the medical staff review, and a registered nurse assesses them at every visit. A Good Faith Exam, a telehealth visit with a nurse practitioner or physician assistant handled through Qualiphy Me, is required at the first appointment, after major medical changes and once a year. A first IV usually takes about an hour, and repeat clients may be seen more quickly.
The Myers Cocktail includes a liter of normal saline or lactated Ringer's, B-complex, vitamin C, B-12, magnesium chloride and glutathione, and leaves out calcium, which the original formula contained. The business says its formulas use double doses of vitamins and that its nurses explain each vitamin and mineral. Clients can ask for substitutions, and Create Your Own builds a custom IV selected with the nurses. Vitamins and medications such as Zofran, Toradol, Pepcid and Benadryl can be added to an infusion for an extra cost.
The business does not accept insurance or FSA cards. Accepted payments include credit and debit cards, HSA cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle and cash. Clients must be at least 13 and weigh at least 110 lbs, and minors need a parent or legal guardian present who consents. The business states that its IV infusions and retail products are not FDA approved.
