Services center on builder gel, Gel-X tips and dip powder for longer-lasting color and length, alongside a Sugar Pedicure and Sugar Manicure. The Deluxe Manicure adds a warm soak, detailed cuticle work, warm paraffin wax and a hand and arm massage. Children under 12 can book a Little Sugar visit with gentle shaping, lotion massage and regular polish, and French tips or nail art can be added.

Repairs are handled within a set window: a repair within 4 days of the original service is complimentary, a repair between days 5 and 9 is charged from $7, and after 9 days a new set or service is needed. Removal of products applied somewhere else costs more, since the products are unknown and take extra time to remove.

Packages bundle services at a lower total, including a Builder Gel Package, a Classic Sugar Pedicure Package of six, a Basic Dip Nail Package and a VIP six-pack of dip nails. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.

Booking policies include a 25% cancellation fee for no-call no-shows and for cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person and online for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
