The menu is organized into two groups. Body waxing includes bikini line, full bikini, full Brazilian and full leg services. Brow services range from a basic brow wax or threading alone to combinations of threading, waxing, tinting and brow lamination, with the longest option taking about an hour and a half.
Visits are appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. First-time guests pay a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the cost of their first service, and they are asked to arrive on time and ready for the appointment. Returning clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which appointments may be shortened or canceled. Changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows may be asked for a deposit or full prepayment on future bookings.
