Brow work begins with custom mapping, with hair removal fitted to each client's facial structure and desired shape. Options include a plain brow wax, shaping, a semi-permanent brow tint, a brow lamination that sets hairs in a fuller, lifted position, and a combined wax and tint visit. Lash services are a keratin lash lift, which curls natural lashes from the root, and a semi-permanent lash tint that darkens them.

Body waxing spans single areas such as an underarm, lip or shoulder through to full legs, a full back and a full-body session that runs about two hours. Brazilian and bikini options come in several versions, and the Jelly Brazilian includes a cooling jelly mask after the wax. Teen waxing is offered to clients ages 13 to 18.

Vajacials are offered in three variations. Clients cannot book one for a day that already includes a Brazilian or bikini wax.

Before a wax, hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice, and clients are asked to gently exfoliate the area 24 hours ahead. Brow and lash clients arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and avoid oil-based products around the eyes for 24 hours before a lash lift. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling and a no-show fee of 50% of the service total. Payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling with at least 12 hours' notice avoids fees, while later changes count as a cancellation with a 50% fee. Booking means agreeing to these terms. Inquiries are answered within 24 to 48 hours.
