The hair menu covers haircuts, color and extensions. Kids' haircuts are offered for ages 12 and younger, and adult cuts are offered in 45- and 60-minute versions, with the 45-minute option including a consultation, shampoo and blowout. Color options include touch ups, full single process color, face framing and partial or full highlights, balayage, vivid color, toner and individual foils. Extensions are available as I-tip or tape-in, and both require a consultation first. A K18 bond-strengthening treatment can be added to a visit.

Nail services include a standard manicure, a no chip manicure and no chip removal. The makeup offering is a social media head shot package, which includes hair and camera-ready makeup for a profile picture and takes 150 minutes.

Three monthly memberships are available: a color touch up every four weeks with a custom gloss, a plan covering the color and cut services a client usually receives, and a blowout plan with up to four shampoo and blowout visits a month along with at-home styling products. Membership benefits are applied automatically at checkout when clients book as usual.

A free 15-minute consultation is offered. Clients should give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, as changes made within 24 hours may carry a fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final once sold. Hours vary by day, with Friday closing at 2 PM and Saturday running from 7 AM to 4 PM.
