Every visit starts with a consultation about the client's hair, daily routine and the look they want. For a personalized quote and service recommendation, clients can book an in-person consultation. Cuts, color and treatments are planned around hair type, texture and lifestyle. Clients can choose their stylist when booking online or by phone.

Prices shown on the listing are starting points. Senior and master stylists have their own pricing, and the final cost is set by factors including hair type, length and density, how long the service takes, and any add-on treatments. Bleach + Tone is quoted after a consultation.

The salon has a wash and color bar, a lounge area, comfortable seating, soft music and essential oil scents. A retail wall carries professional hair care, including Kérastase and Redken. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card and Apple Pay, tips can be given in cash or through Venmo, and there is an ATM inside the salon.

Before booking, note that 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who cancel late or do not attend must keep a credit card on file for future appointments, and a 50% deposit applies. Keratin treatments also require a 50% deposit when booking. All services are non-refundable, but if a client is dissatisfied with the outcome, a stylist will redo the work at no cost within two weeks.
