Booking has a few practical details to know. New clients usually pay a $30 deposit for most facial and body services, and chemical peels require a $50 deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6 to 9 PM, and Sunday mornings from 7 AM to noon. It is closed Thursdays and Saturdays. Membership and package options are available for repeat visits, including the Summer Skin Membership, which includes a monthly facial and member discounts on retail products, and two multi-visit packages.
Each treatment is built around the client's skin type and concerns, pairing active ingredients with contemporary techniques.
