Maintenance is handled through fills at two or three weeks and touch-ups within seven days of a fill. Fills depend on how much of the original set remains: up to 30 percent lost for a two-week fill and up to 50 percent lost for a three-week fill. Sets older than 21 days, or lashes that are more than half detached or grown out, are treated as a new full set. Clients who already wear extensions from another salon or spa begin with a free 15-minute consultation before any fill. Keratin lash lifts, customized to lash length and eye shape, are spaced at least four weeks apart and are done one to two weeks after extensions are removed with remover. Brows, lips and chin are also waxed, and eyelash removal is offered.

A visit starts with a credit card on file to hold every appointment, and payment is made on arrival. New clients book with a $50 deposit that is non-refundable and goes toward the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is accepted in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Extension clients receive a brush with a full set and are asked to buy a $20 cleanser on the day; the work is guaranteed only when the salon's cleanser of choice is used. The business is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, and is closed Thursday through Sunday. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice.
