Color work includes full color, touch-ups, partial and full highlights, partial and full balayage, toners, a toner treatment with a wash and style, color correction, scalp bleach retouch, single foil highlights, hair tinsel, a men's gray blending treatment and creative fashion color. Cuts include bang trims, children's cuts, men's haircuts and women's haircuts, and bang and neck trims are also offered. Extension services cover hand-tied and mini row installs, move-ups for previous extension clients, and removal, and every extension service begins with a consultation. Wash and style, intense conditioning and repair treatments, and perms round out the list, and chin and upper lip waxing are also available.
Guests who need to move or drop an appointment should give 24 hours' notice. Changes made with less warning than that can be charged 30% of the booked service, and a missed appointment with no notice is charged the full price of the service. Arriving 15 minutes or more after the start time may mean the visit is rebooked and treated as a last-minute cancellation. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be asked for a non-refundable deposit or prepayment on future bookings. Deposit amounts vary by service and are listed on the booking page, and the salon does not issue refunds. Complimentary fixes to a service need to be booked within seven days of the original visit. In-person bookings priced from $50 to $4,000 can be paid in installments through Buy Now, Pay Later, but the financing must be approved before the appointment.
