The practice builds a customized skincare plan for each client and favors a natural-looking aesthetic, with injectable results meant to enhance a person's own features. A free consultation is offered to talk through skincare and wellness needs, and for injectables the consultation and treatment can happen on the same day.

Services are grouped into injectables, skin treatments, MK facials, medical wellness, IM injections, IV therapy and shop products. Wellness care begins with a two-step evaluation of comprehensive lab work followed by an in-depth conversation about medical history and symptoms, then continues with ongoing monitoring and adjustments.

Payment options include HSA, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, check, cash, and financing through Cherry with an application, and financing is available. The practice does not handle insurance reimbursement, so clients who want it file with their own insurer, and wellness payment is due in full at the appointment. HSA patients should confirm qualified expenses with their HSA administrator.
