Appointments are booked through the Setmore page, and a $25 non-refundable deposit secures the time. A consent form and policy acknowledgment are sent by text and must be completed before the visit. Clients should arrive with their lashes and face clean and freshly washed, no extra guests may attend, and the balance is paid in cash. Appointments need confirming 24 hours ahead or they are cancelled, late arrivals pay a $15 fee after five minutes and are cancelled after ten, and same-day cancellations within 24 hours carry a $40 fee. The studio does not do fill-ins over lashes applied by other technicians. Messages can take 24 to 48 hours to receive a reply, and clients are asked to text rather than call.

The studio also teaches lash extensions. The one-on-one course, So You Think You Can Lash, runs about four hours and ten minutes and covers volume, classic and hybrid application, sanitation, aftercare, isolation, placement, removal, and tips on setting up and branding a business. The five-hour Mjs Lash Class covers classic and volume training and is booked two weeks ahead with a $200 deposit, and it includes lifetime mentorship and marketing and branding training; a live model for hands-on work costs an extra $50. Lash courses come with an extension kit, a lash manual, and a certificate of completion. A three-hour refresher class and a group class with a $75 deposit, held from 10 am to 2 pm with breakfast and lunch included, are also offered. Group students wear black or pink scrubs.

Hours on the booking listing are Monday and Tuesday from 9 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 11 am.
