Because it has a single chair, each client is the only one being served during their visit, and the setting is private and relaxed rather than busy.

Clients book by calling or texting. Salon hours are Wednesday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday and Friday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday through Tuesday. New clients can text photos of their current hair and of looks they like before the visit, which helps them talk through goals and pick a service.

The menu covers dimensional color, AirTouch or balayage, full, partial, face-framing and single-foil highlights, lowlights, single-process color and gray coverage, base color with highlights, and gloss or toner. Cuts include women's, men's and children's haircuts, razor cutting, short hair, curly hair and customized haircuts, along with blowouts, keratin smoothing and deep conditioning. Listed prices are starting points. The final cost depends on hair length, density, the amount of product used and how complex the service is.

The salon uses and sells NEUMA professional hair care, and it uses KEUNE professional hair color, which comes in a wide range of shades that can be mixed to each client's formula. The salon describes its experience as personalized and elevated.

Product choices are based on performance, hair health and results, with ingredients and sustainability taken into account. Each appointment starts with a conversation about the client's goals and how the hair is cared for day to day.
