Treatments are offered across the face, ears, chest, arms, back, abdomen, bikini area and legs, so clients can book one area or several.

The clinic uses the Alma Soprano Titanium laser system. According to the clinic, the device combines 755 nm, 810 nm and 1064 nm wavelengths in a single applicator and includes ICE Plus cooling during treatment. The clinic describes the system as its most advanced technology.

Multiple sessions, usually spaced several weeks apart, are generally recommended, followed by maintenance treatments when needed. The number of sessions depends on hair color, skin type, the area being treated and the hair growth cycle. A consultation can include a personalized treatment plan.

The clinic says its treatment suits a wide range of skin tones, and that the 1064 nm wavelength is particularly suited to darker skin. It describes results as significant, long-lasting hair reduction rather than guaranteed permanent removal.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to shave the area 24 to 48 hours ahead and to avoid waxing, tweezing or threading for four weeks. Direct sun and self-tanners should be avoided for two weeks, and skin should arrive clean and free of creams, oils or deodorant. Clients should also tell the clinic which medications they take. Afterward, daily SPF 30 or higher sunscreen is advised, and saunas, hot baths, intense exercise and exfoliants should be avoided for 24 to 48 hours.

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and is closed on Sundays. Appointments can be booked through the website, which also has a Spanish-language version.
