About

The nail menu covers classic, gel and Bliss manicures and pedicures for adults, plus kids' services for children 10 and under and polish changes that include cutting and shaping. Classic services include a brown sugar and coconut soak and scrub, massage, a hot towel and an almond oil seal. Gel services add exfoliation and cuticle care to a similar massage and seal. Bliss services start with a soak and a choice of scrub, then a deep massage and hot stone treatment, finished with an almond oil seal. Bliss uses regular polish, with a non-toxic gel polish upgrade available for an extra charge. Kids' services use a soak, scrub, a paraben-free lotion massage and regular polish.

The studio's yoga and mat pilates classes include vinyasa flow (heated and non-heated), hot power vinyasa, gentle flow, yin yoga, mat pilates, aerial yoga and sound bath meditation. Classes are open to beginners and experienced practitioners, with modifications available. Reformer pilates takes place in a studio with four reformer machines and is offered as small groups of up to four, private sessions or duos. The studio also offers sculpt, which combines weights with high-intensity intervals, and reiki healing as a hands-on energy session. Private yoga, Pilates and sound bath sessions can be booked one-on-one, in small groups or in larger groups for occasions such as bachelorette parties, birthdays and corporate events.

The studio runs a 200-hour yoga teacher training in person on site from January through May 2027, and the program is approved by Yoga Alliance. Sessions take place over ten weekends, with Saturdays from noon to 6 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m., and recorded lessons are available to complete during the week. Coursework spans anatomy, postures, meditation, breathwork, yoga philosophy, building a class flow, verbal cueing, running a class, the business side of teaching, and optional specialty electives. Guest teachers lead workshops on subjects including chair yoga and prenatal yoga. Trainees finish by teaching a full 60-minute class of their own. No previous yoga experience is needed. According to the lead teacher, they have more than ten years of experience teaching yoga and mentoring other teachers.
