Mixte' Manes Hair Studio is a boutique salon in Drexel Hill, opened by owner Tiffanie Demby-Rouse to turn a long-held wish to run her own salon into reality. The name is pronounced 'mixed manes.'
Every service is booked by appointment with time set aside for it, and clients are never overbooked. New clients complete a consultation and pay a non-refundable deposit before their first appointment. Existing clients may be asked for a consultation or deposit to hold appointments for color services, the Hair 360 Treatment, or any combination of services running four hours or more.
The salon's collection page shows hair styles created for photo shoots, fashion events, weddings and similar occasions.
Cancelling or changing a service with less than a week's notice carries a 15% fee, deducted from the deposit. Other cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may lead to the appointment being rescheduled and treated as a cancellation. Policies may change without notice.
