Straightening runs from a silk press with steam hydration to an amino acid treatment meant for naturally curly hair that is being straightened. Relaxer work includes touch-ups for existing relaxed hair and virgin relaxers, which are priced by length, density and products used. Natural hair is served through flat twists, single twists, comb twists and finger coils, roller sets, and micro twists for natural hair styling only.

Booking details matter here. Guests need to arrive at their scheduled time, since grace periods are not allowed. A consultation is required at least 24 hours before a Single Process color appointment, and the consultation fee is paid in full when booking and is nonrefundable. Children under 8 booking Little Ladies services are asked to have a short phone consultation first. Guests should ask before bringing anyone extra, and children are only allowed when they are being serviced.

Pricing for many services depends on hair length, density and the products used, and guests are asked to arrive with hair shampoo ready and free of extreme tangles, braids, twists or plaits.
