Appointments are booked by text, by phone, or through the Tangerine Style app, and a card on file is needed to book and hold a time. Changes need to be made by text or call at least 48 hours ahead. A reschedule inside 48 hours is charged at half the service price, and a cancellation or no-call, no-show within 8 hours of the appointment is charged the full price.

The business is open Monday from 2:30 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. It is closed Friday through Sunday.
