A first visit opens with a detailed consultation, where the stylist and client talk through a longer-term plan built around the client's goals. Color is custom blended for each client, and the formula is recorded so it can be repeated or adjusted on later visits. A range of amenities is offered to keep clients comfortable while color processes. Cuts are shaped around each client's face shape, daily life and goals, and the stylist shares tips for styling at home.

Bridal and special occasion work includes bridal hair and make-up, updos, make-up application and bridal packages. Onsite services are also available. Pricing and availability for these depend on the date and details, so clients should contact the salon directly. Listed prices are starting points, such as bridal hair at $250, bridal make-up at $250, and updo or special occasion styling starting at $120.

New clients can request an appointment by phone at 510.657.6780, by text at 510.999.7578, or through the contact form, and the salon responds within 48 business hours. First visits can be booked about 4 to 6 weeks out, and a waitlist is available. Hours vary by stylist. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice; cancellations made with less notice are charged 50% of the service price. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, may not be left alone in the salon, and may not join a parent during the parent's service, so families are asked to arrange child care ahead of time.
