Everything runs by appointment. The spa has three treatment rooms, one of which is a couples suite where two guests can be treated side by side. There are no waiting rooms. Groups of up to six can be booked, with up to three rooms in use at once, for group massages, group facials or a group relaxation package.

Massage is provided by licensed massage therapists. Offerings include Swedish, deep tissue, Ashiatsu, lymphatic, prenatal and couples massage, along with customized therapeutic bodywork. The Signature Massage blends Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, fascia release and assisted stretching, and is priced at $150 for 60 minutes, $175 for 75 minutes or $195 for 90 minutes. Deep Tissue Massage starts at $165 for 60 minutes. Prenatal Massage is $165 for 60 minutes and is not recommended in the first trimester. The Relaxation Spa Package pairs a massage with a facial for $240 over 1.5 hours.

The facial menu covers Ayurvedic, brightening, rejuvenating, sculptural lifting, Thai herbal, relaxing spa, Qi Beauty, oncology-safe facials and microdermabrasion. The Signature Ayurvedic Facial begins with a dosha assessment and is $155 for 60 minutes or $215 for 90 minutes. Staff hold oncology esthetics training for guests during chemotherapy, radiation, hormone therapy and immunotherapy, and the spa offers oncology-safe esthetics for guests undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. The spa also lists Reiki Level I, II and Master certifications as a complementary modality, and its registration as a licensed esthetics educator and continuing education provider with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The spa aims to provide a safe, restorative space for guests at any stage of their wellness journey, with Ayurvedic treatments customized to each guest's dosha and current state. Seed oil free, scent free and sensitive skin alternatives are available for massage.
