The studio moved into Blessed Ink in Mesa after operating from a previous location. It describes its work as intentional, creative and centered on the client, and its atmosphere as cozy and inclusive. The goal is for every guest to feel welcome and comfortable as they are.

Services are by appointment only, and each visit is private and one-on-one. Each set is planned together with the client rather than prescribed in advance. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Because availability can't be guaranteed, clients whose preferred time is fully booked can submit a form to be considered for openings. The booking form also asks whether a client's current nails are clean, Missfit product, or a different product, and the FAQ covers first-time bookings and Groupon redemptions.

Nail art runs from rhinestones and 3D designs to abstract and simple styles, and is built from the client's own ideas. Gel-X extensions add length and shape over a flexible base, while builder gel can be chosen soft or hard depending on the client's nails and daily routine. The studio also sells handmade skincare and self-care products, and has co-developed exclusive botanical massage oils with Massage by Raina. It works with community partners including Rebel Phoenix Theatre Collective and Blessed Ink.
