Nail services are booked through an online page on GlossGenius. New clients start with a Nail Wellness Consult, a personalized appointment in which the nail tech looks at natural nail condition, the look the client wants, lifestyle and how much upkeep they can manage, and then recommends a path. That consult is also required before a full service for returning clients whose nails are damaged, weak, peeling, thin or compromised. If a requested look would not suit natural nail health, the recommendation may differ from the inspiration photo, and Misaura will not perform a service that could compromise natural nails, suggesting the closest healthy alternative instead.

The New Client Prescriptive Nail Service costs $100 or more and runs about 140 minutes. Each appointment is shaped by findings from the initial consultation, so its contents vary. Options can include a structured gel manicure, an overlay, a brief enhancement, a fortifying treatment, nail art, or a service focused on recovery. The Nail Recovery / Reset Service costs $100 or more and lasts about 135 minutes. It suits nails that are thin, weak, peeling, brittle, over-filed, damaged or stressed. Depending on need, it can involve careful product removal, shaping, cuticle work, fortifying support, a short protective structure, and a personalised home-care plan.

Every Misaura product is handcrafted in small batches in Stafford, Virginia. The range covers hand, nail and foot care, body care and eau de parfum and fragrance mists, plus limited editions and bundles. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Product orders can only be placed through the Misaura website, not by phone. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 days of shipping and international orders usually take 2-4 weeks. Domestic returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order, international ones within 90 days of purchase, and limited edition, clearance and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
