The salon is an authorized and certified Aerolase provider and uses the Aerolase Neo Elite laser, a 1064nm Nd:YAG laser that the site describes as FDA-cleared. Laser facials are sold by area: hands, neck, neck and decolletage, full face, and full face and decolletage, with packages of three or six sessions. Combination laser facials add a deep cleanse, ultrasound facial, light chemical peel, microneedling or EGF serum treatment, at $425 to $625 per session. Laser facials do not include extractions.

Laser hair removal covers small areas such as fingers and the upper lip, as well as larger areas including the underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, legs, back, chest and scalp, with per-session prices from $54 to $354. Sessions are usually four weeks apart on the face and six to eight weeks apart on the body. The business recommends a minimum of six treatments for most clients, and says laser facials typically take four to five treatments to show the full effect. Multi-area packages are also offered.

Laser skin treatments cover concerns such as angioma, melasma or hyperpigmentation, psoriasis, skin tags, lip plumping, pseudofolliculitis barbae, rosacea, veins, acne scars, nail fungus and acne, with Neo Skin Rejuvenation and Neo Clear Acne offered as buy-5-get-1-free packages. Waxing is also offered, and a comfort numbing serum can be added for an additional $10. Extra surcharges may apply to waxing.

Before booking, note the following. A $50 non-refundable deposit holds an in-person appointment and goes toward the service price. In-person changes need at least 12 hours' notice, and late changes forfeit the deposit. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late without having warned the salon may be charged a $30 surcharge, and a no-show carries a $50 charge. Consultations, skin analysis and treatment planning are paid in full when booked. Virtual appointments are also paid in full at booking and cannot be refunded, with changes requiring at least 12 hours' advance notice. Spanish- or French-language appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance and include a language surcharge. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and major credit cards, and cards may carry a possible processing fee. New York sales tax applies. All services are non-refundable.
