Services cover men's, women's and children's haircuts and styles, including clipper cuts, cut and style services, shampoo and blow dry, special occasion styling and heat styling. Color work ranges from accent highlights and glazing to partial and full foil highlights, balayage, root coverage, full head lightening and men's hair color. The salon also offers chemical waving with perms and partial perms, hair treatments that can be booked alone or added to another service, and waxing for brows, chin and lip. Beard trims, bang trims, eyebrow tinting, and extension application, move up and removal are also offered, along with wedding and prom hair.
Hair treatments are described by the salon as professional grade. The Olaplex Bonding Treatment works on the internal structure of the hair strands and is recommended for dry, brittle, color-treated hair and for clients who bleach often. The Redken Acidic Bonding Treatment is designed by Redken and uses pH balancing to strengthen and moisturize hair, and it is recommended for dry or brittle hair, including color-treated and virgin hair. A deep conditioner is chosen by the stylist after assessing the hair and suits very dry or frizzy hair.
Walk-in appointments are available, and free consultations are offered. Cancellations cannot be made by text; clients must call the salon or contact their stylist. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment incur a 50% service charge, and no-shows incur a 100% charge. Cancellation and no-show charges must be paid before rebooking, and payment information may be required at booking to cover unpaid fees. Clients using retinoids, retinol or other skin-sensitizing products or medications should ask a stylist whether waxing is safe for them.
The salon has free Wi-Fi, public restrooms and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Complimentary coffee, water and wine are offered after 5pm. It accepts American Express, Apple Pay, cash, check, Discover, MasterCard, Samsung Pay and Visa. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the salon closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Every stylist completes a minimum of four education sessions annually, and the salon is BARBICIDE certified.
