A free color or styling consultation lets clients plan a look with their stylist before booking. Many services include a consultation, a double shampoo and a signature blowout.

Keratin smoothing treatments come in three levels, starting at $330 for Level 1, $335 for Level 2 and $360 for Level 3, each taking about three hours. The salon describes the Level 1 treatment as reducing frizz and curl, suited to color-treated and chemically processed hair. According to the salon, its keratin smoothing treatments can eliminate up to 95% of frizz and curl.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice. A missed appointment, or a cancellation made without that notice, is charged a fee of 30% of the service cost to the card on file. Late clients are asked to call as soon as possible, and the stylist may reschedule the appointment.

Appointments start with planning: a consultation helps the client and stylist settle on the look before the service begins.
