Facials are built on two skin care lines. The salon uses Sothys, which it describes as Europe's finest beauty brand and says is the leading line among estheticians, and Eminence Organic Skin Care, a natural, organic and biodynamic line from Hungary. Facial options include a 50-minute mini facial, a 60-minute deluxe facial with high-frequency treatment and extended massage, a multi-phase lightening treatment, a five-phase Lift Defense 2 treatment, an anti-stress treatment with lavender aromatherapy, a back treatment and a glycolic and salicylic acid peel.

Hair removal is done with sugaring and waxing. Sugaring uses Tamara's Sugar, which the salon describes as organic, non-GMO and cruelty-free and which is made in the Pacific Northwest. The salon also offers hands-on sugaring training classes across the country, taught by certified educators, according to its site.

Nail services cover basic polish changes, dazzle and nail art, French manicures, gel, dip, acrylic, Gel X and silk wrap sets, and scented spa manicures and pedicures in five scents. Hand, foot, shoulder or neck massages can be added to manicures and pedicures.

Eyelash extensions come in classic, volume, hybrid and mega volume styles, with mega volume offered in 7D to 12D. Lash lifts, lash removal, lash and brow tinting, and brow lamination are also available. Extensions are applied to no more than half of a client's natural lashes that can support them. Makeup is offered for daytime, nighttime and prom occasions.

Once a treatment has been paid for, the payment is final: it can't be refunded, moved to another person, or swapped for a different service. The salon may change its prices at any time without advance notice.

Facials are built around named professional and organic skin care lines, with each treatment using its own set of products.
