Policies: no refunds are given on services or products. Concerns about a service must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment, and a complimentary touch-up may be offered if the salon is at fault. A one-week guarantee applies to treatments and products, with listed exceptions. Complaints must be reported within three working days, in writing or by phone.
