The spa is open Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Walk-ins are welcome, though same-day treatments cannot be guaranteed. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and late appointments may be shortened or rescheduled. A $25 deposit is taken at booking for most appointments and applied to the service; it is forfeited if an appointment is canceled or moved less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows incur a $25 fee. Injectables and facial peels are final sale, services are non-refundable once performed, and payment covers the service itself rather than a guaranteed outcome.
