Before a facial, clients are asked to stop using strong exfoliating products or other skin treatments for at least 48 hours. Booking at least one week ahead is recommended, especially for weekend times. Late arrivals are seen within the time left in the appointment, and treatments may be shortened to fit.

Business hours are 10 AM to 6 PM every day. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Gift card value can be applied to a different treatment, subject to promotion terms, and a client can book and pay for someone else in advance by giving that person's details when scheduling.
