The brow menu starts with a 15-minute consultation and a 30-minute brow shaping that uses soft wax, precision tweezing, massage and an under-brow highlight; shaping results hold for up to 3 to 4 weeks. Shaping with tint takes about 1 hour 15 minutes and tints brow hairs for up to 4 weeks, though the tint can stain the skin for up to 10 days. Lamination is offered with or without tint, can be rebooked every 8 or more weeks, and begins to wear off around 4 to 6 weeks. Natural microblading takes about 3 hours and deposits ombre powder pigment into the epidermis with a tattoo pen machine and a sterile disposable micro needle, using products made for licensed artists. A perfecting appointment at 6 weeks can be added for $100, and a 12 month touch up takes about 2 hours 30 minutes. A 6 week follow up is for returning clients whose ombre powder brows were done at the studio.

Lash lifts take about 1 hour 15 minutes, reshape and curl natural lashes without adding extensions, and last up to 8 to 12 weeks; they suit medium to long natural lashes. The customized facial runs about 1 hour 15 minutes and is adjusted to concerns such as hydration, discoloration, acne, redness and signs of aging, using professional-use products only. An add-on lip wax takes 10 minutes.

Clients should give 24 hours' notice to cancel. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged the full service cost, and no-shows may be barred from future booking. There is a 10-minute grace period, and guests arriving 10 or more minutes late are treated as same-day cancellations. Same-day service changes are charged 50% of the original appointment plus the new service. No additional guests or children may join appointments. Payments are final and refunds are not given, and online checkout runs through Square.
