Pedicures range from the Express and Deluxe options to themed treatments such as Japan Cherry Blossom, Lavender Latte, Mio Tropical, Pacific Ocean, Golden Egypt and Herbal Organic, and a Callus Reduction pedicure is also offered. Pedicure service covers nail clean-up only. The salon does not treat infections or ingrown nails and advises seeing a doctor for those concerns.

For nail enhancements, the menu includes dip powder, acrylic full sets with gel polish, Gel X or Gel Builder hard gel, color powder, backfills, and pink and white tips or ombre. Every enhancement starts with short nails, and extra length can be added for an additional fee. Custom designs are priced on request, and some designs may carry extra charges that staff will confirm before service begins.

A children's menu called Princess Treats serves ages 10 and under, with kid and mom luxury pedicures, a combined mom-and-kid option, kid manicures and polish changes. Scent choices for the children's pedicures include lavender, jasmine, rose, green tea, orange, tropical, mango, CBD, golden petals and milky flower. Clients who bring children are asked to supervise them during the visit, and group bookings are offered for occasions such as girls' days, bridal parties and birthdays.

The salon says it provides all tools, products and materials, uses single-use tools with hospital-grade sterilization, and that every technician is trained and licensed. Payment is taken at the front after service by cash, credit card or digital payment. Refunds are not given on services, but problems with the service itself are handled by the salon, and clients are asked to tell the salon manager right away. Health issues or diabetes should be disclosed before service. Advance notice is requested for cancellations, and the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards.

The salon says it uses high-quality polish and lotion brands chosen to be gentle on nails and skin, and that its tools are single-use and sterilized to hospital grade.
