Each hair is treated on its own. A single-use sterile probe is placed into the follicle and a short current is applied to stop it from growing hair. Removal happens over a series of sessions, and as the work progresses the sessions become shorter and are spaced further apart.

A visit starts with a consultation, which costs $50.00. At appointments the team explains how hair grows and how other methods such as shaving, waxing and tweezing compare, and aftercare is covered after each treatment. Between appointments clients may shave or clip, but tweezing, threading and waxing are not recommended.

Underarm, leg and bikini line clean-up only treatments are offered to clients who have completed 6 to 12 successful laser treatments. Teens may be treated, though the business generally recommends waiting until 18 and makes exceptions. The facility welcomes all clients, including transgender people, but does not treat areas involved in gender reassignment surgery.

Hygiene and safety follow standards set by the American Electrology Association, which the business says were developed with help from the CDC. The business also says electrolysis is the only FDA-approved method for permanent hair removal.

Booking: Ryann Palmer accepts online booking, while LaTonya Johnson and Bonnie Fullerton are booked by calling 952-435-3333. Walk-ins are not accepted. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule. Late cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows carry a $50 fee applied to the next appointment. Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay are accepted, with a possible card convenience fee. Insurance is not accepted, but a receipt is provided for reimbursement. Gratuity is optional. Gift certificates are available and are not refundable.

Electrolysis is treated as a series of sessions that work toward gradual removal, with safety and hygiene standards set by the American Electrology Association.
