Quick weave options for alopecia include a no-part, no-leave-out install for $225, a pixie with lace closure for $250, and a frontal quick weave or pixie for $275. Covered crown hair units can be fitted with a wig installation, priced on request. Relaxed hair can be refreshed with a shampoo and style for $75 or a relaxer retouch and style for $95, with no cut and no hair added in either case. Prices may change with length, custom coloring and cutting.
Health insurance may cover medical hair replacement under a cranial prosthesis benefit. The studio says coverage should be confirmed with the insurer, and a doctor's or dermatologist's prescription is needed. Self-pay clients may qualify for a discount, and interested clients can contact the studio to schedule a consultation.
The studio also teaches stylists. The Mink's Method Masterclass for hairstylists, priced at $2,200 with payment plans, covers a hair loss technique, and the Hair Loss 101 e-book, sold for $29 through the Mink's Method Academy site, covers hair loss for hairstylists and beauty professionals.
