There are three extension styles. Classic lashes add one extension to each natural lash for a natural, subtle finish. Volume lashes add several fine extensions to each natural lash for a fuller, more dramatic look. Hybrid lashes mix single extensions with volume fans for a textured effect. The Classic Lash Extensions service takes 45 minutes and costs $99, and the Custom Signature Full Set takes an hour and costs $115.

Refills are priced by how soon they follow a set. The Express Refill takes 30 minutes and costs $65 and must be booked within 16 days of the last appointment. The Maintenance Refill takes 45 minutes and costs $95 and must be booked within 22 days. Lash removal takes 30 minutes and costs $65.

The Signature Lash Subscription is $115 a month plus a one-time $99 fee. Members receive two refills a month, a welcome gift bag of selected products, first access to the schedule each month and the option to book recurring appointments on the same day and time. They can book outside regular hours without an extra charge. Unused refills do not carry over to the next month. A first full set costs $75 when bought with a subscription.

Extension terms include a consultation and an optional patch test before application. A non-refundable deposit is taken for appointments and deducted from the total. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours notice, and a missed appointment without notice is charged 50 percent of the total. Clients who are unhappy with a service can contact the salon within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment on that original service, subject to approval. Anyone under 18 needs parental consent for extensions and waxing, and clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule with no penalty. Clients can also sign up as Key Holders for appointment openings and insider-only discounts.

VIP appointments, including VIP Express Refills and VIP Custom Full Sets, are paid in full upfront, and that payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. They need at least 48 hours notice to cancel or change, and a no-show forfeits the payment. Early morning and late night VIP appointments carry an extra $50 fee. The VIP Custom Full Set takes an hour and costs $150, and the VIP Express Refill takes 30 minutes and costs $100.
