Nails are the core of the business. Manicures range from a basic service at $30 to a dip manicure at $50, and pedicures run from a classic pedicure at $40 up through the Volcano Spa and VIP Spa options at $70 and $95. Full sets and extensions include acrylic, Gel-X, dip, hard gel and builder gel, and removing gel, dip, Gel-X or acrylic on its own costs $15. Nail art add-ons include French nails, cat eye, ombre, painted and 3D designs.

The aesthetic menu covers facials built around cleansing, hydration and exfoliation, a Japanese head spa that is a scalp-focused rinse, relaxation body massage, and waxing for the body, bikini and back of the face. Lash services include classic full sets, hybrid looks and volume styling.

The studio is a quiet, small space with gentle music and good lighting. Every guest is served by the same technicians, and tools are sanitized between each client. Products are selected with skin and nail health in mind. The business describes its approach as a calm, considered kind of pampering with thoughtful nail care.

The studio hosts larger celebrations such as birthdays, bridal and bachelor parties, graduations and girls' day outs; these bookings need 72 hours' notice. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are treated as walk-ins and given the next open slot. Chipped gel, dip or acrylic sets can be touched up at no charge within 3 to 5 days of service, with the request made by phone.
