Services are by appointment only, and the spa is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with shorter weekday hours and longer hours on Fridays.

A visit starts at the concierge desk, where clients check in 10 to 15 minutes before their reservation. Treatment rooms are fully private, and tea and water are served during appointments. Robes and slippers are provided for services that need them. Jewelry and watches come off before a service, and each room has a designated spot for belongings. Clients may also request a silent service.

Groups, bridal parties and events are welcome for any service, and the concierge team helps plan group visits. Groups are asked to reach out three to four weeks ahead, since shorter notice may mean fewer options. Couples, friends and family can book any massage side by side in the same room, and any service can be built into a custom package on request.

The spa uses a signature scent, whipped shea butter, in its treatments. Its spray tan is a customized airbrush application that takes about 25 minutes. The spa describes its spray solutions as industry-leading and as producing a streak-free, orange-free finish. Tans typically last roughly seven to ten days, depending on skin care.

Appointments can be booked through the online booking page or by calling (219) 286-6038. Same-day appointments require a phone call when openings allow. A 50% deposit secures a booking, and changes or cancellations must be made by phone at least 72 hours ahead to keep the deposit available for a future visit.

Clients are matched with a provider based on their needs, and the team suggests who on staff is the best fit. Each service session begins with a brief consultation so the provider can customize the treatment.

Treatment rooms are fully private, and clients check in at a concierge desk.
