Skincare is the studio's main focus. Acne and hyperpigmentation are treated with an Acne Facial, a Hyperpigmentation Facial and a range of chemical peels. Chemical peels require an active home care routine of 30 to 60 days before the first treatment, and first-time clients need a consultation before any chemical or exfoliation service. A skin analysis consultation is used to plan in-studio treatment and home care together.

The 90-day Acne Boot Camp pairs monthly clinical treatment with a home care regimen using Face Reality Skincare. According to the studio, the line has a 90% success rate in clearing acne, and clear skin can be reached in about three to four months with monthly treatment and home care. These are the studio's own claims.

The massage menu includes Swedish, aromatherapy, therapeutic and clinical pain relief massage, along with deep tissue work, cupping and CBD massage. Brazilian Sculpting Lymphatic Massage is offered for the abdominal area. It requires a consultation with a licensed therapist, and a written doctor's permission is needed for any treatment after surgery.

Appointments must be made through the online booking system, as phone, text and email bookings are not accepted. Clients who expect to be more than 15 minutes late should contact the studio by phone, text or email. A $25 charge applies to no-shows, and same-day appointments depend on availability on the booking scheduler.

Acne clinic treatment is customized to each client's needs, starting from a skin analysis consultation that shapes both in-studio treatment and home care.
