Blood can be drawn in the office, and most blood tests go to Quest Diagnostics labs, though patients may use other facilities. Telephone or video appointments are available to established patients at the same rate as in-office visits, paid by credit card at the time of the appointment. Prescriptions ordered by staff require at least one visit per year.

The office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed on weekends. The practice does not contract with any insurance company or Medicare and is out of network for insurance purposes, so payment is due at the visit. Insurance typically does not reimburse aesthetic procedures or functional medicine. Accepted payments include cash, major credit cards and HSA or flexible spending accounts, and financing is available. Visit receipts list procedure and diagnostic codes along with the practice's tax ID and NPI numbers, and a Super Bill is available on request. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled treatment and no-shows 100%. A credit card may be required to hold future appointments, and packaged treatments are paid in full at the first session. All sales are final, and a started series counts as used even if it is not completed.
