mimo aesthetics is a medical aesthetics practice in West Hollywood where treatments are overseen by a physician and a nurse practitioner. Its focus is on natural-looking refinement using a mix of injectables, skin boosters, microneedling, plasma-based treatments and radiofrequency.

Rejuran is a skin booster the practice describes as the most popular of its kind from South Korea. It uses polynucleotides derived from salmon DNA and is recommended as a series of three sessions about a month apart. It can also be added to Skinpen microneedling, which is offered for fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, acne scars and skin laxity on the face, neck and chest. At least three microneedling sessions, a month apart, are recommended.

Injectable options include botulinum toxin type A for areas such as the forehead, crow's feet, brow, gummy smile, lip flip, neck, masseter and trapezius and calf slimming. Hyaluronic acid fillers, marketed as volumizers, are placed in areas including the chin, temples, jawline, cheeks, undereyes, smile and marionette lines, lips and neck lines.

Plasma and radiofrequency options round out the menu. PRF, or platelet-rich fibrin, can be used on the face, undereye area and scalp, with a minimum of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. EZ Gel plasma filler is made from the client's own plasma and needs at least two sessions six to eight weeks apart; the practice describes it as fully natural. Oligio radiofrequency tightens skin on the face, jawline and neck without injections or downtime. According to the practice, collagen effects build over two to three months and last about six months.

The practice is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 11 am to 5 pm.

Decisions are made with each client based on their whole well-being, and the practice only offers treatments it believes enhance natural beauty and confidence. It declines requests it is not sufficiently certain will benefit the client.
