A Client Concierge Specialist handles each visit, from the first phone call through to booking the next appointment. Every service starts with a personal assessment of the client's condition, texture and needs, and pricing is discussed personally with the concierge.

On the hair side, cuts and styling are shaped around each client's features, hair texture and daily routine. Dimensional color, balayage and gloss are offered in formulations the salon describes as 100% organic, and hair botox and other restorative treatments are chosen according to each client's hair condition. Blowouts and event finishing use plant-derived products.

Nail services include organic manicures and pedicures finished in plant-based polish, along with gel services and nail art.
