Clients need to give a valid email address, which is used for appointment reminders and location details. Questions can be sent through Facebook or Instagram messages, or by text to 248-496-9062.
Arrival timing matters here. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee applies. Arriving 15 minutes or more late cancels the appointment and the full service is charged. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or half the service price is charged.
The salon does not work over another technician's existing nail work and does not perform soak-offs. Clients should arrive with no acrylic or gel already on their nails. Payment is accepted by debit or credit card, Cash App, cash, Facebook Pay and Venmo.
