The menu is grouped into manicures, pedicures, artificial nail services, waxing and extra add-ons. Manicures include a basic option, gel, gel with removal, and dip versions with or without dip removal. Pedicures range from a basic treatment with nail shaping, cuticle trim, rough spot removal, lotion and a hot towel, up to spa, deluxe, paraffin and a V.I.P. Volcano pedicure. The V.I.P. Volcano pedicure comes in a choice of romance, tropical citrus, honey pearl or orange.

Artificial nail work is priced by length, from sports length up to long length, with fills, pink and color fills, color changes and gel color changes. Prices vary by length, shape and applicator, and French or design work costs extra. Clients who need a repair can have a broken nail fixed within four days of a full set application, with proof of service.

Children are not permitted in the salon for safety reasons. Clients who step out before their service must sign the wait list again and go to the end of it. The salon also hosts private parties: reserving books the entire salon for a minimum of eight services for $100, with a $100 deposit due seven days before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours carry no penalty. An 18% manicurist gratuity is added automatically to each treatment for private parties, and food and drink packages are available on request.
