Hair services are kept simple: haircuts, a shampoo service, and a blow out that includes a shampoo with deep conditioner. Lash services cover classic, hybrid and volume sets, a Millones Signature Wispie, lash fills, and removal of existing extensions. Loc services include an instant crochet method and retwists with styling.

Booking requires a deposit for every service, and the balance is paid at the appointment. Deposits are commonly $25 for many lash and braid services, $50 for Large Knotless Braids and Locs Retwist With Style, and $15 for the shampoo service. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice carry a charge of 20 percent of the service price. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and the deposit can move to the new appointment if the change is made in that window. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late have their appointment cancelled automatically.

Current hours run Monday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6:30 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, with Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM and the studio closed on Saturdays. Payment is accepted by cash, tap to pay, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App. The studio says it is open to trade arrangements when they work for both sides.
