The hair menu is built around custom services. A custom haircut starts at $65 and is tailored to hair type, features and lifestyle. Color options include a custom gloss from $50 that refines tone and adds shine, a custom foil from $140 for dimension, a custom balayage from $295 shaped to tone, depth and contrast, a custom base for root regrowth from $75, and a custom solid from $170 for single-process color from roots to ends. Extensions are offered with IBE (Invisible Bead Extensions), K-Tips and tape-ins, and every extension service begins with a free consultation to assess hair density, texture and goals. Bridal hair and makeup can be arranged in the studio or on location.

Upstairs, the spa menu opens with a Custom Facial for first-time clients, which includes a double cleanse, steam, exfoliation, extractions, a custom mask and a massage. A Microdermabrasion Facial removes dead skin cells, and the Bright Skin Peel targets dullness, acne, discoloration and uneven texture. Acne Bootcamp is a consultation with a Licensed Esthetician that covers acne type and lifestyle factors and leads to a customized Face Reality Skincare routine. The med-spa, The Face Lab Med Spa, offers aesthetic and wellness treatments that the business says are guided by medical expertise, including Tox for softening fine lines and wrinkles and microneedling, which the business says stimulates collagen and helps with fine lines, texture and the look of acne scarring. Lash lifts with tint, full body waxing and The Body Edit, a medically guided weight loss plan with clinical care and ongoing support, are also offered.

Regular clients can choose between two monthly memberships. The MJS Insider is $110 a month and gives each year a dozen blowouts in the signature style, plus four custom facials, four brow waxes, four guest passes and four complimentary service add-ons. Members also get $10 off each visit and 20% off retail. The Blowout Club is $159 a month for four professional blowouts, and each one includes a complimentary hydration deep conditioning treatment. Club members receive 20% off retail for the length of their membership, and the salon offers a $25 gift card to any member who refers a friend who enrolls. Appointments can be booked online at any hour through the booking portal. A valid credit card is required to hold every appointment. Changes need at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and a no-show is charged the full amount.
