About

Milani Salons is operated by Milani Salons, LLC and has two Minnesota locations. The Rosemount site, at 14895 S. Robert Trail, is Milani Salon Suites and offers private suite rentals. The Hastings site, at 1815 Market Blvd, is Milani Salon & Suites and offers suite, booth and chair rentals.

Rather than employing a team, Milani rents space to beauty professionals who run their own businesses as independent artists. Each artist sets their own schedule, pricing and client base, keeps their earnings, and books their own clients. The business states there are no commission splits.

Because the business selects the professionals who rent space and rental availability is limited, the mix of artists is curated. A visitor can browse the artists at each location and book whichever one offers the service they need.

The business describes itself as aiming to redefine the beauty industry and plans to expand to more locations throughout the Twin Cities.

Milani provides the space and the setting, while each independent artist runs their own practice, sets their own prices and handles their own bookings.

The business describes its locations as high-traffic and luxury.
