Color is the largest group. Color correction is priced from a base fee with an added charge for each extra bowl of product. Cuts include a standard haircut with shampoo and styling, a longer or thicker-hair cut, a custom cut, and a curly cut for curl types 2A through 4C. Curly clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair with no product in it.

Hours run Monday through Saturday, with the salon closed on Sundays. Deposits are not refundable. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours' notice carry a charge of half the service price, including for illness or emergency, and a reschedule is only possible once that fee is paid. Extra guests and children are not allowed unless they are booked for a service, and services are offered to children ages 12 and up.
