Her daughter Dina works with the team.

The West Hollywood location combines a boutique with a spa. The boutique is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and the spa keeps the same days from 8am to 5pm. All estheticians and body technicians at this spa are trained personally by Mila Moursi. Spa appointments can be booked by email or by phone.

The Rancho Santa Fe spa sits within The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe and is the brand's second location. It has five treatment rooms, a couples suite, a relaxation lounge, cold plunge therapy, outdoor courtyard cabanas and a dry sauna. Guests can use the resort pool and jacuzzi when available. Hours are 9am to 5pm Sunday through Thursday and 9am to 7pm Friday and Saturday, and reservations are made by phone. The spa offers full-body, deep-tissue, couples and prenatal massage, along with advanced skin treatments such as Oxylight, Vacuodermie, LED light therapy and G5 massage.

The spa also offers StayWell, a wellness and longevity program developed with Dr. Sarah Corey. It includes peptide protocols, vitamin infusions, genomic testing and hormone optimization. The spa describes itself as the recipient of Women's Health Magazine's 2026 Best Rejuvenating Retreat and lists Conde Nast Traveler's Best New Spas in the World among its awards; these are the spa's own claims.

Products are made in France and include the MM-5 Complex, a blend of plant-derived stem cells, peptides, collagen, elastin and amino acids. The skin care line covers cleansers, toners, serums, eye care, sunscreen, masks and neck care, and the brand recommends individual regimens. Body care includes lotion, scrub, oil, cream and a dry body brush. Shipping is free on orders over $150 within the United States, with signature gift wrap available for $6.

Skin care regimens are recommended to suit each client's individual needs, using products formulated in France.
